Frequently Asked Questions
Which blockchains are supported?
DataNest currently supports 8+ major blockchain networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, Arbitrum, and Optimism. Each integration provides full transaction indexing, address labeling, and protocol-specific analytics. New networks are added based on institutional demand — contact us if you need coverage for a chain not listed here.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer scalable plans starting at $75/month for the DeFi Intelligence Suite (protocol analytics, liquidity monitoring, risk scoring) and from $1,500/month for the full DataNest Analytics Platform (transaction monitoring, wallet analysis, compliance reporting, API access). Enterprise pricing is available for organizations with custom data volumes, SLA requirements, or multi-team access needs.
Do you provide APIs for integration?
Yes. DataNest provides three types of API access: REST API for batch queries and historical data retrieval, GraphQL for flexible queries with custom field selection, and WebSocket feeds for real-time streaming of transactions and alerts. Client libraries are available for Python, JavaScript, and Go. Average response time is under one second for standard queries.
What security measures are in place?
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Content Security Policy headers, HSTS preload, strict access controls, and multi-factor authentication. All API communications use TLS 1.3 encryption. We follow security practices aligned with SOC 2 standards and comply with GDPR data protection requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Do you work with regulators?
Yes. DataNest provides specialized analytics solutions for central banks, financial regulators, and tax authorities. Our tools help regulators monitor cryptocurrency markets, investigate suspicious transactions, enforce AML compliance, and produce evidence-grade reports. We adapt our platform to meet the specific data formats and workflow requirements of each regulatory body.
Can I get trial access?
We offer pilot projects that let your team work with real data on your actual use cases before committing to a full subscription. Pilots typically run one to two weeks and include a subset of features tailored to your primary workflow. Contact us with your requirements and we will prepare a pilot proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing.
